Great book; these is a lot of songs to choose from. I could not find a better book for myself and my students.

This was definitely one of my best purchases! The book was in perfect condition, the text and translation is the right font and is very informative. I appreciate the fact that the index has two sides, one chronological side and the other alphabetical. The preface is very educational and shows a singer how to approach performing the delicate genre of melodie. I highly recommend this book for any level singer who shows in interest in Faure, Melodie, or building up their repertoire library.

This has all the songs in the keys I want at an excellent price. Very clear format. I'm most satisfied.

Eine wirklich gute und üppige Auswahl von Fauré-Liedern. Sie enthält eigentlich alle bekannten Lieder Faurés abgesehen von einigen Spätwerken wie z.B. den "Mirroirs". Hat man nicht gerade den Anspruch alle Lieder Faurés kennezulernen, sollte dieser Sammelband eigentlich für ein Leben reichen. Der Druck ist sehr gut, auch wenn das Buch etwas schlecht auf dem Notenpult steht. Die Texte sind alle zusätzlich ins Englische übersetzt (aber nicht als "singbare Version") und zu den meisten Stücken steht eine kurze Einleitung zur Entstehung und Widmung.
