I originally selected this double end ball because the loop ends of the ball are shorter than most. My ceilings are very low and the loop ends on other brands are too long bringing my ball almost to my ceiling, and in effect reducing the length of bungee I can use on the top.Otherwise the ball is excellent and the bungees are holding up so far after a few weeks. The bungees are permanently attached to the ball and have loops on the opposite ends to connect to floor and ceiling. Be aware that the top bungee is shorter than the bottom (which is also what I needed for my low ceiling). I have the top hooked up to a heavy duty coat hanger and the bottom one hooked up to the everlast anchor weight with 50lb paver sand in it. Double end bags are a great way to stay in shape and have some fun while practicing your martial arts/boxing.

Bella palla ottime finiture elastici resistenti vediamo col tempo se darà buoni risultati in tal caso aggiornerò la recensione .Aggiornamento recensione la palla si sgonfia molto spesso ogni due giorni mi tocca gonfiarla molto scomodo durante l'allenamento è possibile solo dopo pochi mesi che si sia già bucata?

Great Stuff. Had it 2 months, but I've given it a pounding. Ball still great, but the outer cover elastic is fraying. Still, if it lasts me 3 months, its worth it. I usually just use the elastic from Home Bargain on those hook things when my elastic goes and replace when ball goes. So far so good, although I notice the price is now £29.99 with lockdown. Supply and demand I guess. Always someone profits in these things
