Hello, thank you for a great product. Creative Labs has always made top notch products and I have never had a problem with Creative Lab products , so when I purchased a new computer with the only audio output being a headphone jack, I decided to go with the Creative Labs Sound Blaster. The board fit perfectly into my new computer and it was recognized ASAP. I downloaded the driver from Creative Labs website and the computer recognized it right away. Best of all, I was using Creative Labs Surround Sound Speakers on the old computer, but I could not get them to fully work (No rear sound). Well, having a top of the line sound card eliminated the problem. What a perfect pair, a sound card and speakers from Creative Labs makes things rock. Thank you for the great products over all these years. Keep it up.

I was running a MSI B550 motherboard with on board Realtek audio controller. Everything about it drove me crazy because it had a serious lack of bass coming through my headset. Bluetooth and subwoofers plugged into the same onboard audio produced a nice rich bass range however. This was driving me crazy because I prefer to wear a headset when on my computer. I tried software equalizers (SoundFX), reinstalled drivers, reinstalled Windows 11, but at the end of the day nothing worked. I feel like the technical issue is that for some reason bass range doesn't transmit through the headphone jack of the motherboard, and only through the subwoofer port. Obviously a headset cannot be plugged into the subwoofer port so I was left out of luck.I looked at all the other options you can get nowadays: DAC, PCIE sound cards, dedicated studio amplifiers, etc. I've come to the conclusion that all of them did the one thing I needed out of my headphone jack: amplify the bass range. Out of all of them the PCIE sound card is probably the most complicated to install (actually opening your tower), but it was also the most discrete and time-tested option when it comes to PC sound quality, and this is what I chose.So is this worth the 50 dollar upgrade? Short answer? Yes. Absolutely. You might not notice a difference in bass level like me if you have a decent motherboard with amazing onboard audio. I thought I was getting that too when I chose a MSI gaming motherboard, yet here we are.

Tengo problema ya la proble en en equipos al y tengo la misma situacion al subir el volumen a al 50% se distorciona y empeiza a subir y bajar el volumen ya realize intalarla con una actualizacion limpia del sistema operativo, instale los drivers de la pagina directamente, pero sigo con el mismo problema
