This is so much better than my old grill basket which was much thinner and not as deep as this one. I agree completely with the product description of 'heavy duty'. It has sufficient depth that you can comfortably get sausages in and secure the top half so they won't roll into the charcoal and force you to reserve them for someone else. I would say this is perfect for preparing food for two people unless you don't eat very much in which case it might stretch to four if you are just doing burgers and sausages . The handle is easily detachable to make it easier to soak the grill in water when you have finished with it.

Build looks good and up to the job.This is a good size and will take several average size Burgers and Sausages in one hit. It is also thick enough to take Chicken portions and thicker cuts of Meat such as Steaks etc. Large cut Veg, Onions and Peppers will also Cook well in this Grate.Nice Stainless Steel finish so clean up is not too bad at all.All in all hard to fault and a great addition to your BBQ equipment. Good size and build and at just £14.99 (June 25) I consider it good VFM.

What you see in their photos is what you get. Nearly BBQ season, this product is such a time saver, arrange all your meat (and/or veg) in the cage, then turn all at once! Obviously some things cook quicker so there is a nice quick and easy slider that releases the lid to access and remove anything cooked. Then when finished, pop it in the dishwasher (not the handle due to it being wood) and hey presto clean and ready for the next BBQ. I have a similar one of these for fish. These things really do make BBQing slicker. What I would really like though is to buy a product that doesn't have an unintelligible brand name emblazoned on it! "ZWMYF" comes guys, call it 'BBQmate' or something more obvious! With a bit of pyrotechnical skill I will remove the collection of letters, or maybe just a black marker pen... Price at the time of this review was £15

I’m Very Pleased with this Heavy Duty Grill Basket, as being Made mainly out of Stainless Steel, it should “Stand the Test of Time” and you’re Guaranteed that it Won’t Rust! I also like the Natural Wood Handle, as it Feels Good in the Hand, won’t Conduct Heat and is Removable for Compact Storage. Price wise, I don’t know how the Manufacturer “ZWMYF” makes this for just £14.99 and think it Represents Excellent Value for Money. Overall, it’s Fit for Purpose and I Can’t Wait for the BBQ Weather! Thank you.
