Very impressed with this, although it is heavy and will need two pairs of hands to get it assembled. Holds my 49" monitor perfectly and it's now super easy and smooth to adjust. Very happy with this item! The incorporated cable management is a nice touch.

It felt so good upgrading to an arm that can actually support my monitor. I do have a 34 inch monitor rather than 49. Some might call the arm overkill for the size of my monitor, but this arm will be able to handle any size I upgrade to in the future!

I’m impressed by the quality and robustness of the product. My monitor doesn’t even wiggle a bit.

The stand is very sturdy and I’m please with how much range I can have moving my computer around. I’ve never had an issue with it shaking or the computer feeling unsteady, and I have a desk that can be automatically raised and lowered. The movement doesn’t seem to affect it at all. It does protrude a bit over the desk if you have your desk flat against a wall like I do, but not by a significant amount.

Original product received was defective as the gas-lift arm did not have any support whatsoever, so that my ultrawide monitor just stayed at the lowest height.I contacted the seller and they were helpful in checking if I have done all the checks with my installation. After confirming that it is defective, the seller dispatched a replacement to me for free, which arrived so quickly. This replacement arm is correctly working and is able to support my 34" Samsung CJ791 monitor.Took off one star as had to go through the trouble of contacting the seller, but customer support was great.

I got two huge heavy duty monitors. One from North Bayou and this. The NB has a lot of issues, misleading size specs, etc. - but has a tilt spring that allows for quickly moving from bed to desk position. But for most people that just need a locking tilt this arm is much better. It's taller and more pretty and has much better clamp / grommet systems.Nicer limiter to prevent hitting the wall with the elbow of the arm. That's the top screw in the photo.Easy to set up and mount the monitor with the quick release.Great grommet system with two bolts rather than one like on my NB arm.My only complaints are:This arm has safety screws on the pivots that are extremely loose. They come undone and then the arm can accidently lift off its mount when you go to lift the monitor. I'll be swapping the bolts if I can find better ones. or maybe I'll just add a bit of glue. There's dust constantly coming out of the bottom pivot because I'm moving the arm a lot. So something seems to be wearing down from the friction of the movent. I'll try adding some thrust bearings but I'm not sure that the safety screws will engage after that. The little safety screws use a tiny flat head rather than hex key. Why?? There's 4 hex keys included in the box. 🤦♂️The clamp is not strong enough to swing the monitor backwards away from the desk. Use the grommet system if you need to swing it behind the desk!Still for most people this arm is awesome and it looks amazing in white.Very heavy duty.Very tall and might even be good as a sit-stand desk if you're under 5'5" or mount the arm a little higher than the desk if you're taller than that. Maybe from a strong desk shelf.
