This bag is an ok bag however it hasn’t lasted 12 months without the bag fraying at the zips which is a letdown because I thought this bag would have been more durable

I would have really liked to have kept this bag. When I saw it on Amazon I fell in love with it.It was everything I expected it to be BUT I am so, so disappointed as I as I received the bag in a Dull Brown NOT the Pewter one I ordered.( I would like to re-order a Pewter one again but I do not know if I can trust the seller to get my order right. If it could be guaranteed I would receive the Pewter bag, I would re-order tomorrow.) The bag arrived on the day specified. Well packed.Absolutely excellent service.The bag if it had been the correct colour was perfect for me in every way. Well made, Lots of features. Strong & stylish. When having to return the Brown bag my two advisors, one from U.K, the other from U.S were so helpful & obliging. All credit to them.
