My hopes were high for this as it comes in a really beautiful, quality, padded gift box with a similar quality gift bag.There are several styles available for this locket and I went for the minimalist looking, plain, sliver version.It is exactly as described. It has an antique feel and look to it.That said, it is pretty well made, hopefully made to look the way it does.It is easy to open even with my nailess, club hands. Though it remains firmly closed when shut.The hinge feels a bit loose, but you can see it is well made and secure.The chain is delicate and of simple hoop link construction. All links are perfectly made and assembled.It is 44cm overall in length, just shy of the stated 18 inches. It does have the full 2inch extender.The clasp is basic but well made. Operates perfectly and is firm and secure.This is sold as 18K white gold plated silver.The gold plating means I cannot verify if the locket is silver or not.The chains coupling is marked up as S925 indicating (but not proving) that this part is Sterling Silver.There is no markings on the locket itself. This is very disappointing.The set comes with a cleaning cloth but I am disappointed it doesn't have a template for cutting your photos out perfectly. This would have been a nice-to-have.This is a lovely locket to have, hold and wear. I do like this minimalistic look and I also like that it looks older than it really is.I just don't have the faith I should have in it having any quality silver content.As such £109 sounds a bit steep.

The locket looks nice, it's light quite small although the chain has turned silver after only 3 months of occasional wear, so not great.
