Having made the decision to spend the money on these expensive cutters I was very excited about these items and have not been disappointed. The detail is exactly as the photo's. Because of the minuet detail my first attempt was a bit hit and miss. However, I have found that you must ensure all detailed parts of the cutters are completely free of dough, I use a cocktail stick. I also found that buy putting flour in a small bowl I can thorough dip the cutter in flour prior to cutting. The dough is easier to remove from the cutter if it is cold, directly from the fridge. The results are brilliant. I took my first batch to the care home last night and comments on the detail were exceptional. I will definitely have to buy more. Highly recommended
