Does the job. Able to be worn as a double strap, although you do need to use the sticky pad on the sole as the strap slides towards the toes. You can also separate the strap and put it behind your ankle. I’ve put 3 stars for the following 2 reasons:1. It is very tight with no adjustment to make it looser. (You can tighten it by sliding up the bars on each side)2. It left black marks on the side of my shoes.
