This tray is the perfect size. I love that the tray comes with the removable bottom so that you’re not having to keep the tart in the tray once it’s baked. The silicone brush and scrubber pad are great tools to have with it as well. I’ll definitely be using this a lot this summer!

This is a really nice removable bottom tart pan. The orange feels like it's made out of nice, heavy gauge steel, and the rim is sharp enough to cut the crust (which you want in a tart pan), but not sharp enough to hurt you.The pastry brush and silicone scrubber thing are nothing to write home about, but they're a nice bonus.I'd say this is probably the right size to serve 6-8 people. I'm looking forward to making some fruit tarts this summer!
