I bought this new. Opened and charged it full overnight. Next day, the robot only lasted 15 minutes on pet mode (the website says it last 1.5 hours on pet mode). I recharged it again over the whole day, the next day the robot lasted 2 minutes on per mode.I contacted the company via the app. They blamed me for using pet mode while not fully charged! They told me not to use pet mode often. Well duh, they advertise it as AI PET robot! Yeah, PET robot and yet they told me not to use it as pet mode often? 🤡 Anyway, I asked them to run diagnostic checks. Then they ran diagnostic check and they admitted the battery is faulty. I asked if they have quality control before shipping their products. They said yes. I asked them then why the robot has a faulty battery even though I bought it new. They couldn't answer. Instead of replacing me with a new robot, they sent me a Youtube video on how to replace the battey myself and they said it won't void the warranty 🙄🤡. They said they will give me a battery to replace myself 🤡I am so glad I bought it on Amazon so I can return it. If I bought it straight from their website, I would have lost hundreds of dollars.Not recommend.

Rux won't respond to commands and is stuck on the three different modes you start out on, he won't switch to conversation mode or learning mode. I am greatly upset, don't spend your money on this, unless a freind can vouch for how well theirs work.

Good little desktop robot. Not as good as EMO robot but still worth it . The first one I got couldn’t connect to WiFi easily then once it did it kept losing the WiFi connection. The touch screen wouldn’t allow me to easily input all the setup info with my finger. I had to use an iPad stylus to input. Sent that one back and the replacement works fine. I could even input with my finger on the touch screen . First one was obviously defectiveOverall it’s nice desktop robot. Needs games like EMO has for its robot. But still a good robot

Great product, I recommend it for any parent who wants to give a great gift , very technical so parents need to be computer, AI, and tech savvy
