Super easy installation and huge improvement over stock springs on my 15 Street Bob.

Big improvement over the stock springs. EZ install. With the front wheel off the ground, simply remove the fork caps with a 36mm wrench, careful they are under spring load, remove stock spacer and spring, adjust fork oil level per instructions. Then install new springs and spacer, reinstall fork caps, open beer.

I have the Super Glide Custom, and I replaced the stock springs after trying a friends bike- the front becomes a tad softer and starts to soak in the otherwise harsh edges of uneven concrete pavement- which was a really big bore in the city where I live. The wrists and elbows would take this non-stop slight hammer- and that caused fatigue. I would seriously recommend this upgrade to the front struts. The long distance rides get better by that much... NICE.

I spent about 2 hours to make this change out. Followed the simple instructions. It does take some special tools (like a 1 3/8 socket) and next time I would use a baster or something to level the oil. Getting the oil levels right probably took 1/2 hour of the duration.
