Had plans to build something out of 2” PVC pipe to hold our air mattresses and noodle floats but the cost of materials was in excess of $150! This Pool Fellows Basic Pro was $98 with a heavy duty mesh basket and wheels. The pipe is slightly larger than 1” PVC but more flexible and easy to work with. We assembled it in about 45 minutes. All the parts were in ziplock bags which were numbered so that you could open the bags in sequence during assembly. Very clever. The main reason we bought this is so that we can break it down and store it during the winter. Having those numbered bags is a bonus. All we have to do is break it down in reverse order and store it in the heavy duty shipping container. Nice job Pool Fellows!

I run a swim school which requires me to load/unload this cart from my car and wheel into my pool five times a week. We bought a different, slightly cheaper product first, the tubes easily came apart, the mesh was much lower quality and tore in one of the corners during assembly and finally the wheels fell off when moving it. We returned the other product and bought this one. As other reviews state, the mesh bag is much stronger on this product. The tubes secure together and hold despite all of the travel ours goes through(I used a rubber mallet to gently tap all of the joints in securely, but no glue). The only downside is the wheels still like to fall out. If any one has suggestions to better securing the wheels I am open to suggestions, I was thinking about trying to hot glue them in(generally if you are careful and don’t overload the cart the wheels work fine as long you don’t hit too large of bumps).Great product and I would absolutely buy again.

I was able to put this together myself in under 30 Minutes. It is very sturdy and holds a ton! Perfect to keep all my pool floats and toys out of the way. Love that it has wheels so I can move it if a storm is coming!

If you have experience with PVC and assembling things made of PVC before then you know it basically comes down to interference fits or some form of PVC Glue, or sometimes both. Rarely is it a kind of screw together product and so in this case its interference fit, as such, the give a decent little mallet but have a bigger, but softer, rubber one standing by.Its not hard to assemble, didn’t take a lot of time but it also wasn’t easy to assemble. Also, it’s not practical to think you will get this unit perfectly square, or close to well squared without extra means and excessive time. Good thing Here was I could adjust the casters to compensate.I would say use some PVC glue or plumbing glue to ensure a more enduring unit as time and movement will shift the unit and some area’s will slide out.
