HONEST REVIEWFirst off Monster Group are very good and support from Signcut Pro Team is also to notch.MACHINE AND OWNERSHIPThe machine its self is riddled with bad build quality throughout. I have had 2 machines in less than a few months of each other and I am not a heavy user either. The problem I encountered the most was the optical eye not working due to shoddy wiring. The second problem I encountered was the vinyl catching these strange design groves on the bed of the machine. My third problem is the machine is now not cutting letters or shapes and has cost me hundreds in blades and materials and doing pointless and endless research only to discover that my roller on the left side had dropped. I had to results in a complete and utter rip down of the machine only to discover that deep inside the machine there is a set screw that allows you to adjust this feature should it happen so its easy accessible then?? I also discovered that all electrical parts are housed in the base of the unit and directly under the rollers so if you feel like waxing your rollers or washing down the machine to remove stickie crap then I suggest you think again. Such parts should be housed carefully especially things like circuitry and wires that could cause a fire failure of machine and or electric shock.DRIVER SOFTWAREThe driver software that comes with the machine is pointless and silly as there is only one file that you can physically use and thats a USB Driver file does it even work?? The PC still does not know what machine you have or if there is anything even plugged into your USB Socket. The only way you know is by faffing about with Signcut Pro before you realise yep you have something plugged into your USB sockets after all.

Avevo un po' di dubbio per il prezzo, all'inizio non tagliava bene il vinile ma dopo di studiare bene il funzionamento adesso lavora benissimo, leggero non occupa tanto spazio, buon prodotto.
