Love it! We have 5 cats and they love this toy. It is simple to load and the treats come out easily. It took a little bit to teach them but they play with it until it runs empty. It has selectors on each side so you could adjust for treat sizes. Now when I hear it spinning I know they want treats. Also it’s just adorable. Who doesn’t want their cat cooking at the fire pit?

Had to show the cat how it works but once he saw, he loved it, many minutes of fun puzzle time with a payoff. The multiple sized holes for the treats to fall out of help a lot, however I feel like the smaller ones have minimal use as they're much too small for most treats unless they're getting broken up.Easy to assemble and get together, a bit difficult to clean though so keep messy treats out unless you want a cleaning project.One of the major complains I have is that the front of the fish head has a little ball in there, so it sounds like there's treats when it's spun even when it's empty. It's confusing for the humans so I imagine it also messes with the cat's expectations. If manufacturer reads this I'd highly recommend either removing it entirely, or make it easy to extract for those that don't want it. Everything spins cleanly though, doesn't have any sticking points and it dropping down to the spinny "fire" also adds another layer to keep them busy and break up the task for treat retrieval.Overall I'd recommend, it's a little bit spendy but it keeps the cats busy in a novel way I haven't seen many toys accomplish that they can actually do themselves. 4/5 stars because of that stupid thing in the front that makes noise and a price that's a little too high

So cute my girl skinned this fish and ate all his guts. Highly recommend.

10/10 for cuteness. I love the design and haven’t found another slow feeder puzzle as creative as this one. It came beautifully packaged and was reasonably easy to put together. I had a little bit of trouble with the rotating locks that hold the fish spit in place, but I was able to get them on eventually. I like that the fire and the twigs holding it rotate. I have deducted 2 stars because the mechanism through which you fill the fish has a high ridge around it on the inside and this prevents the food pieces from actually reaching the hole they’re meant to come out of. The fish needs to be quite full for the food not to get hung up on the ledge inside. Additionally, the third “bonus treat dispenser” in the base does not actually dispense any treats. I guess it’s supposed to be a spare part for the fish? Which is nice, but not what I expected it to be from the description. I’ve had it set up for my cats for a little while now and have yet to see any of them actually get food out of it. If I spin the fish for them, they will happily eat out of the fire pit base. It’s cute and funny and quite novel for my cat room, but I do think there are less expensive alternatives to this that are more user friendly for the cat.
