I have plantar facisitis needed an open shoe with good arch support to wear as slippers in the summer months. I tend to have a wider foot so debated on whether to get the medium or wide width. I decided to get the medium as some reviews said these ran wide. I'm glad I did as the mediums are a bit too wide, but you can pull the bands that run down the center to make them a bit tighter. They do not come with the blue arch support they claim to, but they do have the green ones which I put in to increase the arch as I have high arches. While not the most attractive (in my opinion) they will work fine for what I need so I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend these unless you have narrow feet, then they might not work well for you.

These are possibly the most comfortable shoes I've worn. Sandals are generally less comfortable for me, but these soles have support, and the fabric is somewhat elastic so it hugs the foot. No blisters or hot spots.

I wouldn't recommend these to anyone with hammer toes due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. Maybe everyone who has RA and hammer toes doesn't have a big toe that turns out, as mine does. One big toe fell off one shoe and the other almost did the same. Otherwise, these are great sandals, had support and were adjustable. I would recommend them to anyone who has problem feet who don't have the problems I just mentioned. I should mention that I have narrow feet and Orthofeet sneakers work for me but their medium width sandals are always a bit too wide for me and their narrows are too narrow, due to toes. I always buy Orthofeet shoes when they are on sale. I can't walk in the morning until I put my shoes on!

This is my second Orthofeet purchase. I bought ankle boots last winter size 11. I always buy size l1. I have average width feet with no swelling. These sandals are about one size too long and very wide. I bought them because Orthofeet shoes are very comfortable.. I will be returning them because of this. I would recommend buying a size smaller then what you usually buy.

So comfortable! I have horrible arthritis in my back and knee and a very painful bunion on my foot. I have tried so many shoes and sandals but nothing is comfortable enough to wear anywhere if I have to walk much. These are perfect! They are comfortable, don’t hurt my feet and give my back and knee the support I need. I won’t be running any marathons but I feel like I finally found a pair of summer shoes that I can where and enjoy myself! Highly recommend
