I got this v2 to see what the operational difference might be from the earlier version v1.For this v2, it seems that:When engine is NOT running, the blue LED lights up indicating my AGM battery is in the OK range. V1 would have either of the green LEDs blink, depending on the voltage of the battery.When the engine IS running, the green LED on v2 lights up, presumably that the charging circuitry in the bike is providing LFP-level voltages, which is a good thing, since LFPs should not be charged beyond 14.5V. But this also doesn’t give a clue if the charging voltage is higher than 14.5V. V1 would have the “running lights” sequence of Red-Yellow-Green-Green. Both v1 and v2 do not indicate if the charging voltage is above specifications, because that’s what it wasn't segmented to be a battery monitor in the first place.Both are still very well made, and feels worth the money paid. Charging/maintaining the battery through the pass-through SAE connector works well for both models too.
