This is well made, everything was straight, well finished. Good weight. I got it for a parade costume. it is comically oversized which is what I was going for. the handle has a great faux wood finish and is textured as well as painted. I'm very happy with it.

The size is very authentic with detail that fit my style wore at the renaissance festival where I added a very nice leather strap to carry it

Brauchte es zu einem Kostüm .Bin sehr zufrieden. Ist kein Leichtgewicht, liegt gut in der Hand.

Overall this is not a bad product. I have not put it through enough strain to truly comment on it’s sturdiness or durability. I do wish it looked a little better than it does. It looks a little cartoonish with it’s size and proportion.Its a decent costume piece overall, but no replacement for real steel for a cosplay or reenactment.

It's great, high quality, fun to use, but it's just... too heavy! Not for practice swings and a little play, but to actually use it in a LARP session would be a great time, but a bad idea. Because it's foam rubber, it's very flexible and can take lots of punishment, but on the flip side, it's still 5lbs or so coming to an edge and swung with velocity. Just do the math and then Google how much pressure it take to crush a trachea. Hitting someone with the broad side would probably be fine, but it's simply too much weight for most LARP groups out there, which is a shame, since I so want to!
