This is very good archival tape. I buy a lot of books and DVD movies at thrift stores and estate sales. Often the coversare torn. By using this tape you can keep the cover from tearing any more.

Ordered Dec 27th, arrived Jan 9th....Hmmm. No harm done, but 15 days from Canada to Canada! I wasn't expecting a quick delivery over the holiday season anyway and didn't need it immediately....not expedited, regular shipping. But, I ordered something from New York on Dec 28th and it was at my door on Dec 30th...also not expedited, and that had to cross a border. Why such a difference? Just curious. Used the product (archival tape) to repair some minor tears and secure the edges of some works-on-paper (drawings, stone lithographs and mixed media work...etc.)
