Very disappointed that the iron cable holder is not included as the arm is useless without it. Have posted back first item I ordered. Silly me ordered a second one thinking it would come complete. It does not. Amazon promised to collect second item on 17th Jan 2022 and I am still waiting!

HI I love my Laura Star and was excited to finally have my cable out of the way, to be bitterly disappointed when I didnt receive in the package the little black circle piece that holds the cable in place. I'm using a cable tie at the moment and hope someone sees this and helps out. I dont need to return the whole thing, or have a refund I'd just like the whole item supplied.
