Very good. Was a present so I haven't used it. I assume it's great though as the box is well equipped with all the items and a little instructions booklet.

I bought this item as wanted a starter pack for Macaroon making - product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Made one batch of macaroons using recipe and techniques in the book. The recipe named ingredients that aren't well known in UK e.g. confectioner's sugar = icing sugar, so had to spend time looking up names for ingredients. Macaroons came out well, or so i thought! Due to left over filling, decided to make a new batch but used a different recipe, which was much simpler and the macaroons came out and looked much better - so recipe techniques in book are not very useful. On the second use, the piping bag split so had to go in the bin.To conclude, the only useful part of this kit is the silicone mat which you can get else where, and the metal spatula - as i didn't have one, so don't feel the product is worth the money or of much use to a beginner macaroon maker.
