I like the lace, I barely noticed it until I saw the other colors [bought a pink variant]. I'm in love with this shirt. It's so modest and comfortable, I'm changing my entire wardrobe to accommodate for these. They're friendly to women of a smaller bust as well, comfortable, sleek, and not too slender on the arms that it's hard to move. You can adjust the string on the back to tie the garment down and make it more FITTED to your body! HA! That's the best part!

This shirt is absolutely gorgeous I bought this to bring out an all white pants suit.i got so many compliments when I wore it , it certainly is a star piece.
