Two of the metal lanterns were faulty in as much the metal end cap securing the pins wasn't secured properly which meant they couldn't be inserted into the socket thus rendering them both unusable. Trying to contact Amazon customer service is an absolute nightmare and in the end I gave up and put it down to experience. I'll probably look elsewhere next time.
