Der Sattel wurde auf ein E-MTB montiert. Für meinen Einsatzzweck (längere Auf- und Abfahrten auf Schotter, gelegentlich Trails) ist der Sattel sehr gut und verringert Taubheitsgefühle und Schmerzen.

I’ve been using the Ergon SMC-4 Comp Gel on my hardtail e-MTB for around seven years, with over 10,000km of touring, commuting, and some off-road riding – and I still rate it highly. It’s held up incredibly well and remains super comfortable, even on longer rides of up to 120km or 5 hours in the saddle.Based on that experience, I bought the Ergon SM E-Mountain Core Prime Women for my wife’s e-MTB to replace her basic stock saddle. She’s more of a casual rider – mainly on roads and cycleways, usually 10 to 20km rides – but comfort was still an issue for her. This saddle made an immediate difference. She said it was far more comfortable from the first ride and hasn’t looked back.The design really seems to work – it’s well-cushioned without being too soft, the women-specific relief channel is in the right place, and the wider rear offers better support. The Core 3D design with that floating Infinergy® layer does a great job soaking up bumps and reducing pressure. It's a more upright, “armchair-style” feel, but still offers support when you need to move around on the bike.It is a bit taller than a standard saddle, so I had to lower her seatpost slightly to compensate. And like many have mentioned, it's not the lightest saddle out there – but for an e-MTB, that’s really not a concern.Overall, we’re both really impressed. For my wife, it’s been a huge upgrade in comfort. And having had such a good run with Ergon on my own bike, I feel confident this one will last just as well. Yes, it’s not cheap – but for the comfort it provides, especially on longer or more frequent rides, I’d say it’s well worth it.

Mein alter Sattel war auch nicht schlecht, dennoch hat sich der 'kleine' Unterschied bezahlt gemacht!

Ich habe mir diesen teuren Sattel gegönnt, weil ich gehofft hatte, dass mir dann das Gesäß beim E-Bike fahren nicht mehr weh tut. Leider ist das sogar trotz zusätzlichem Gelbezug immer noch der Fall. Sehr schade, bin wirklich enttäuscht.

Pas confortable du tout !!!

Bin etwas fülliger 174 cm 83 kg, und leider sehr schmerzempfindlich. Der Sattel ist auf einem vollgefedertem Cube ebike montiert. Trotz Hightech Material bekomme ich ab einer Strecke von 15km Druckschmerz. Bedingt empfehlenswert.

Hatte schon den normalen SME der E - Mountain Core ist bei langen steilen Auffahrten deutlich bequemer. Bei Abfahrten aber genauso viel Bewegungsfreiheit.Vorsicht ! Der Sattel baut aber um ca. 3cm höher .

Ich bin so super happy mit meinem neuen Sattel, kein einschlafen mehr, ist um Welten besser als vorher
