Just received this, put batteries in and it dose not work, changed batteries and still don’t work?

Got as a gift from the kids to their Nana. I was drawn to the beautiful design and the meaning behind the angel figurine.The angel is well-made and looks quite elegant. The rose light adds a touch of warmth and creates a peaceful atmosphere. I love the symbolism of the angel and heart, representing love and care.The only downside is that the figure is a bit smaller than I expected. However, it's still a lovely piece that would make a thoughtful gift for any occasion. Comes boxed, suitable for gifting.

Pedi este angel, para mi hija que le gusta nmucho los angles.Tardo 24h en llegar a traves de Amazon.Llego en perfectas condiciones y viene dentro de una caja de Amazon, que a su vez incluia la figura dentro de su caja original y dentro muy bien protegida la figura, con una pequeña guia.Le puse 2 pilas tipo AAA que tenia y al encender quedo muy bonita. Aunque de lejos parece una hoguera encendida, mas de cerca se ve que son rosas.Por lo que funciona perfectamente.Creo que hay que tener cuidado con la tapa que se ve de un plástico frágil. Pero aunque se rompiera no la necesita para que funcione.En resumen, es un bonito regalo y económico.Lo recomiendo.

Este ángel es precioso y muy decorativo. El detalle de la luz le da un toque especial a la figura. La única pega es que no incluye las pilas (2AAA).

This light-up guardian angel ornament arrived in a cardboard box. Inside the box the angel is packed with protective polystyrene, and there is a printed instruction leaflet inside. The angel is made of a resin and features a guardian angel with wings holding a red heart, and there are red roses at the lower half. It looks a beautiful and really wonderful ornament, and could be used as an angel ornament or maybe as a memorial ornament. The angel measures 17cm high. Underneath the angel is a on and off switch, and the compartment for the two AAA batteries which are not included. When switched on, the red roses light up and it truly look wonderful with a warm glow in the dark. The angel feels good quality and has a stable base so it won’t topple over. A beautiful ornament and gift for a loved one or as a memorial ornament, definitely recommended.
