I purchased this remote for a newly purchased Dolphin Premier Robotic Pool Cleaner, and after hours on the phone with support, it just does not work. You can't control the robot, and the connection drops if you move away more than two feet from the power supply. It's very disappointing as I had a previous robot for over ten years with a joystick control that worked perfectly from over 25 feet away, and this new model just doesn't work. I am thinking of returning the control and the Dolphin Premier Robotic Pool Cleaner as well.
