These rug gripper stick well on ceramic.They don't stick very well on fabric carpet, but on rubber back carper they do.They will do the job of fixing a thin rubber back carpet on the floor, but when you have a good quality carpet, you won't need these rug grippers.They are good for fixing a bathroom carpet on the floor, but when it's time to wash the floor, we have to take the carpet off, and then the rug grippers are not as good as the first time we used it.II's a good solution if you want to keep your carpet secure rather than buying another one.

The instructions are lacking for sure but of course its not terribly hard to figure out, it would still be nice to have better instructions. I don’t like how they seem to need to stick to the flooring...as a renter I worry they will damage the floor.

my kids like to fold up the edges of the carpet with their feet and then it leaves a crease in my rugs. Now with these, they don't do it anymore because they can't, it deters them because it makes it a little more difficult.The little runner in my bathroom and hallway now stay in their place and my kids don't trip or them when they're running over them.I like that it's not a permanent thing and it doesn't leave a sticky residue or marks on my floors.This also helps new rugs to flatten much quicker.
