This is a set of special racks for Mah Jong (Mahjong). The tiles are placed on the front ledge as with any other rack but also have horizontal ledges at the back which are designed to have tiles laid on to them as they are played.

These natural wood Mah Jong racks are 40cm x 5cm x 2cm. The depth of the ledge where the tiles are placed is approximately 10mm.

Please note the Mah Jong tiles in the images have dimensions of 35 x 28 x 19mm (H x W x D). As you can see, these and similar sized tiles fit beautifully on these racks in the versions of the game where 13 tiles are held by each player.

The racks are basic quality natural wood with a varnished or slightly stained natural wood finish. The racks come shrink-wrapped without a presentation box.

This product is for a set of 4 Mah Jong racks only. It is not part of a full Mah Jong set and tiles are not included.
