Der Verschluss tut was er soll. Endlich funktioniert wieder unsere Sandfilteranlage.Nur preislich finde ich das Ding absolut unverschämt. Für ein bisschen Plastik, was nicht mal von alleine Dicht ist sondern noch mit Band abgedichtet werden muss (war wenigstens dabei), ist das viel zu teuer.Aber ich habe es gebraucht und einen anderen Anbieter nicht gefunden.

dieses Produkt konnte nicht verwendet werden, es sind keine 6,9 cm wie angegeben sondern15 cm Durchmesser. Dieses Teil geht zurück.

Ich habe den Deckel gekauft um die Pumpe auszubauen, perfekt! Was will man mit Karton reinigen, vergessen sie es! Den Deckel innerhalb von zwei Minuten drauf gebaut und die Sandfilteranlage dran, passt perfekt, danke, super Produkt!

Fits exactly. However, I wish it cam with adapters to connect the sand pump to the old skimmer and outlet

I upgraded to a 1/2 HP pump with sand filter, and swapped the pump base with the black rubber disk that comes with the pool. It worked pretty well (only a slight leak) until I hooked up the hose to vacuum the pool. As soon as I attached the hose, the pump started sucking air through the rubber base plate in the skimmer housing. I replaced that with this solid plastic plate, and have no more leaks at all. I used the supplied teflon tape (perfect width for the threads on the housing) even though it shouldn't need it as it seals with a rubber gasket, I wasn't taking any chances.As a side note, the black rubber disk that comes with the skimmer/pump unit fits perfectly into the skimmer opening to block the water from the pool so you can open the bottom or whatever other connections you want to without draining a bunch of water out of the pool, as long as you block the water inlet too.

This was the part I needed. Was frustrated i couldn't get in Canada. If i could of had it send to my US address, 19.99 free shipping. Thru amazon.ca it cost me almost 70 buck. Ridiculous.
