I bought the Columbia Watertight II jacket in size L, and it fits me perfectly. I'm 100 kg and 184 cm tall. The width in this size is excellent – it fits well even for people with a bit of a belly or wider hips. In terms of cut, it’s the best I’ve tried so far.Previously, I owned the Killtec KOS 87 in XL – while L would’ve been ideal, the cut was too tight around the hips, which forced me to size up, resulting in a rather baggy look. I had the same issue with Schöffel Lausanne and Gmund M, and with a Vaude jacket (can’t recall the model). With all of them, I had to go for size 54 (which is considered XXL in Schöffel's sizing system but is almost identical in size to the Killtec XL), making them feel unnecessarily large. That problem doesn't exist here – Columbia nailed the proportions.Now, in terms of material quality: the jacket does feel cheaper, and it shows. To be fair, even many €100–150 rain jackets give off a similar impression at first glance. The Watertight II has a slightly plastic feel and sound, more reminiscent of a poncho than a premium jacket. There are also quite a few loose threads that needed trimming, and the Columbia logo looks glued on rather than embossed – all clear signs of less attention to detail compared to higher-end models, and even to the more affordable Killtec.That said, considering the price (I bought it on sale), its reliable waterproofing, and a flattering cut, I still prefer it over all the previously mentioned jackets.One thing to note: the zipper is on the right-hand side, which is unusual if you're used to European jackets. Other buyers have mentioned it too – apparently it’s a typical American style. It’s still a men’s jacket, just with that twist. Personally, I don’t mind it – it just takes a moment to get used to.Lastly, the “Stone Green” color is a light olive shade that I really like – it stands out nicely compared to the standard black that dominates the streets.So, pay close attention to sizing – for most people, I’d actually recommend going one size down with this jacket.In conclusion, this might be the best rain jacket for its price — it even holds its own against more expensive models, thanks to some key advantages. I haven’t tested its breathability thoroughly yet.

Veste un po' largo ma ottimo

Me ha gustado mucho. Es fino, ideal para primavera y verano. No ocupa mucho y se puede guardar en el bolsillo. Suave al tacto y bastante impermeable, aunque al final, como todos, acaba calando.La talla me ha parecido grande, pero así se puede llevar un forro polar debajo en un día fresco.Por calidad/precio me parece una prenda muy interesante.

Super Jacke sehr Wasser und winddicht

Zu einem Preis von knapp 70 EUR erhält man eine halbwegs atmungsaktive, wasser- und winddichte Übergangsjacke, die obendrein auch noch gut aussieht! Bei einer Körpergröße von 1m77 und sportlicher, Schlanker Figur passt Größe M , wobei darunter noch ausreichend Spielraum für einen Pullover, für kältere Tage vorhanden ist!Schnitt fällt etwas weiter und nicht zu eng anliegend aus!Sehr empfehlenswert!

Habe mich an der Größenangabe eines Käufers orientiert, 180cm leichter Bauchansatz😉, Größe L passt super, wirkt gut verarbeitet und sieht getragen gut aus

Mir passt die s am besten, ansonsten trage ich eher m. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Optik :) mal schauen, wie trocken sie beimErsten Regenguss hält.
